Our Booking, Service and Cancellation Policies

Our policies are consistently applied to all clients. We send reminder SMS messages and emails prior to each appointment. It is the client's responsibility to update any changes to their email and contact information to ensure they receive these reminders. Reminder notifications are reviewed daily; therefore, "forgetting an appointment" is not deemed a valid excuse. Consequently, deposits are non-refundable, and full payment will be required upon paying for your appointment. 

• Punctuality: We kindly request that you arrive on time or at least 5-10 minutes early to ensure a smooth appointment.
• Deposit Policy: A 10% deposit is required to secure an appointment. If you do not attend your appointment, the deposit will not be refunded or applied. For details on no-show policies, please refer to the 'Rescheduling & Cancellations' section below.
• Booking Procedure: The salon operates strictly by appointment only. All bookings must be made through our booking link or our website. Bookings via WhatsApp, Facebook, Google, or Instagram are not accepted.
• No Spectators Policy: Spectators, guests, and children are not permitted in the treatment area.
• Treatment Quality: Treatments are scheduled for specific time slots to ensure quality. Rushed treatments may not meet our high standards.
• Payment: Payments must be made immediately after your treatment via card or cash.
• Nail Appointments: If a soak-off is required, please notify us when booking to ensure the correct time is allocated and charges are accurate. If a soak-off is not included in your initial booking, only the soak-off will be performed, and your nail appointment will be rescheduled.
• Nail Art: If you desire nail art, please include it in your booking. Nail art is not available if not pre-booked and will require additional time, which will not be rushed.
• Health Policy: If you are feeling unwell or have flu-like symptoms, please reschedule your appointment. To ensure the safety of our clients and staff, we will not accommodate sick clients arriving for their appointment.

• Notice Period: Rescheduling or cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients in your slot. Failure to provide 12 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.  
• Late Arrivals: Please notify us 5 to 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment if you anticipate being late. We will inform you if your treatment needs to be shortened or rescheduled.
• Late Arrivals Without Communication: If you are 15 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment will be marked as a no-show, and you will forfeit your deposit.
• Repeated Cancellations: Clients who cancel or reschedule three consecutive appointments will have their future bookings declined and will not be refunded any deposits paid.
• New Clients: If you do not show up for your initial appointment, your deposit will not be refunded, and you will be unable to book future appointments.

Policy Enforcement & Treatment Times

• Policy Compliance: Repeated failure to adhere to our policies will result in removal from our database, and no future accommodations will be provided. Additionally, you will be unable to book appointments online. Right of Admission Reserved.
• Nail Enhancement Treatment Times: All nail enhancement treatment times adhere to industry standards but may vary depending on your individual needs. Additional time may be required for services such as soak-offs, nail art, or nail repairs.
